29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):     On or about June 8, 2020, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 10675 SW Green Ridge Lane in Palm City, Florida, employees were exposed to hazards associated with performing wooden roof truss installation work prior to the employer providing an inspection of the worksite by a competent person to recognize potential hazards and determine the proper materials and equipment needed to perform the work safely.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about June 8, 2020, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 10675 SW Green Ridge Lane in Palm City, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 22 to 26-feet when performing wooden roof truss installation work while not being protected from falling to the lower levels.
