OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to fall hazard. Location: a) On the running platform in elevator shaft: On or about June 15, 2020, employees traveled on a running platform that did not have a temporary three button run control that take activation of two buttons to run any direction and did not have an emergency stop switch on a stand-alone circuit. The employees were not protected from control malfunction which cause the employees exposed to fall hazard.
