29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) Southwest wall VW Ice Building, Harlequin Court, Missoula, MT:  On or about June 10, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards while conducting connecting operations from the Genie Aerial Lift without fall protection.  b) Southeast wall VW Ice Building, Harlequin Court, Missoula, MT:  On or about June 10, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards while working from the Genie Aerial Lift without fall protection.
