29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about June 10, 2020, during the installation of framing material at a job site located at Lot 26 Old Hickory Ave, Canton, Ohio 44718; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a single family home were protected from a fall of approximately 21.3 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.   The Alvin Schlabach DBA Broad Street Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1467322, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (6/2/20), with respect to a workplace located at Lot 65 Gate House ST NE, Canton, Ohio 44720.
