On or about June 17, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty (21) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    b.  On or about June 17, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
