29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). On or about 28 May 2020, three workers were performing framing activities on a residence under construction without the use of fall protection. Thus, exposing the workers to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet 3 inches from the ground.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about 28 May 2020, three workers were performing framing activities on a residence under construction without the use of fall protection. These workers were not trained in recognizing fall hazards, thus, exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet 3 inches from the ground.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On or about May 28, 2020, an employee performing framing activities on a residence under construction suffered a fall, approximately 12 feet 3 inches to the ground, requiring in-patient hospitalization. The hospitalization was not reported within 24 hours to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
