29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to burn hazards:   (a) On or about 6/17/2020 - Kitchen, employee(s) were using water at 212 Degrees Fahrenheit to clean equipment, such as, but not limited to, the Antunes Toaster.  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct the hazard would be to ensure that employees use a sanitized rag to wash the parts in accordance with the manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
