29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous:  For the employees working at 16501 Honore Avenue in Nokomis Florida as observed on or about 23 June 2020. Employees were using a Milwaukee brand deep cut band saw that was missing the path to ground, exposing employees to electric shock and burns.
