29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn while working from an aerial lift.    On or about July 1, 2020, while working on an aerial lift, employees engaged in welding operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10-feet without using any form of fall protection.
