This requirement shall apply to paint containers, wash cans, and any other objects or devices in the area. The equipment shall carry a prominent permanently installed warning regarding the necessity for this grounding feature.  On July 7, 2020, an employee performing powder coating in the Batch Booth (30 x 14 x 10) was spraying without having bonded and grounded the rack holding the parts to be powder coated.
