(b) On or about July 7, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards where two Sharp Model 3700 mills, a Turret Model PK-GRSM-V mill and a Turret Model PK-1 1/2 GRM mill, were not guarded at the point of operation.
