OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught between hazards and crushing injuries while operating a roller/compactor on or near grades/inclines without means to prevent injury:  On or about July 2, 2020 an employee operating a Hyster pneumatic compactor (model number C530A) on a road with a side grade or incline capable of causing vehicle rollover did not have roll over protection to protect the operator from caught between and crushing injuries resulting from vehicle overturn.      Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
