29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):   (a)   On July 8, 2020 for the employees exposed to fall hazards where scaffolds were not fully planked on the eighth level where employees were working while conducting exterior cladding work at or near 208 East Greenfield Lane in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Numbers 1112298, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January, 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2599 West Higgins Road in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  (a)   On July 8, 2020 for the employees exposed to fall hazards where scaffolds were missing mid-rails while conducting exterior cladding work at or near 208 East Greenfield Lane in Bismarck, North Dakota.   Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Numbers 1112298, Citation 1, Item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January, 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2599 West Higgins Road in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.    Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Numbers 1258056, Citation 2, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 218 West Van Buren Avenue in Naperville, Illinois.
