29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer shall determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees are to work have the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely. Employees shall be allowed to work on those surfaces only when the surfaces have the requisite strength and structural integrity.  A) 5 Finderne Bridgewater, NJ 08807 warehouse roof  The employer did not ensure that the walking/working surface was able to support the weight of employees, tools and materials, which resulted in an employee falling through the roof.  Condition noted on or about 07/13/2020  Guiliano Environmental was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1265992, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/13/2017 , with respect to a workplace located at 85 Moosup Pond Rd Moosup, CT 06354.

Condition noted on or about 07/13/2020   The Guiliano Environmental LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1167939 , citation number 1 , item number 1, group b and was affirmed as a final order on 02/17/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 601 Willow Grove Street Hackettstown, NJ.
