29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 07/10/2020 and at times prior, at 11628 Landing Place North Palm Beach FL 33408, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet while installing shingles on a one story residential roof (slope 4:12) without being provided with any means of fall protection.  JPJ Companies, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1242867, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/16/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 401 North Juno Beach Lane, Juno Beach FL 33408.
