On or about July 16, 2020 at 4630 Chambers Road in Macon, Georgia, employees making repairs to a sign suspended by a crane were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that the employees were working underneath a suspended sign within the fall zone area. The approximate weight of the large sign was 2,220 pounds.
