29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Round roof over Imax theater; on or about July 14, 2020 and at times prior the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that he allowed his employees to work on a 6:12 pitch roof without fall protection exposing his employees to falls of 40 feet to the ground below.
