29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:       (a)   Precision Homes, LLC at 1222 S. Federal Blvd. Denver, CO 80204: On or before 7/17/20 the controlling and correcting employer did not protect subcontractor employees from injury in that subcontractor employees were reroofing a two-story apartment building and did not utilize a fall protection. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
