Section 5(a)(l) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to excessive heat while working outdoors:   On or about July 09, 2020, and at times prior thereto employees performing residential roofing activities tasks, such as but not limited to picking up trash, and loading bundles of shingles, tearing off and applying shingles were exposed to excessive heat.
