29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    At jobsite 1715 N. 8th Neodesha KS 66757, employer did not ensure its employees were protected from fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while preforming demolition work on the attic floor of the gel coat booths in the lamination room in that there was an unprotected edge, employees did not wear fall protection equipment, no warning line system was erected, and no other means of fall protection was in place on the working surface.

A work related incident which in an employee hospitalization was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours. The incident occurred on or about 07/11/2020 at around 9:30 am was reported to OSHA on 07/13/2020 9:45 pm
