29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1)(ii): The exposure control plan did not contain a description of the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection used to limit employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica for each task: Company-wide: On or about July 22, 2020 , the silica exposure control plan did not contain details on the types of controls used, how the waste generated from the controls are managed (e.g. how filled vacuum bags or slurry from integrated-water systems are handled), and appropriate PPE for each task.
