29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:    Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. Employees producing paint at Wilko paint, Inc. located at 2727 N Ohio Wichita, Kansas 67219 were exposed to respiratory hazards. Employees using 3M tight fitting respirators voluntarily were not provided with information contained in Appendix D to the standard.
