29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii): Storage cabinet(s) for flammable liquids were not designed or constructed to meet minimal fire resistance as required:  A flammable storage cabinet, used to store a 5 gal container of isopropyl alcohol, and two 1 gal containers of gasoline, was missing a vent cover.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical:  Safety data sheets were not available for each chemical product, such as, but not limited to, Flexcraft No. 468 Seaming Solution, a flammable liquid.  (Note: an index of all chemical products should precede safety data sheets.  All safety data sheets should be in the format as required by the standard revision of 2011, which became effective December 1, 2013.)  Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
