Various worksites including 208 College Highway, Southwick, MA: On and before May 14, 2020, maintenance employees utilized hazardous chemicals without a complete list of hazardous chemicals present.  Omitted hazardous chemicals include but are not limited to Liquid Fire and Clorox bleach.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2): The employer that used hazardous chemicals at the workplace in such a way that employees of other employer(s) could be exposed did not ensure that the hazard communication program included all of the elements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(iii):   Various worksites including 208 College Highway, Southwick, MA: On and before May 14, 2020, maintenance employees utilized hazardous chemicals, including bleach and Liquid Fire to clean a drain clog at a different employer's worksite but the employer failed to ensure the other employer's employees were informed of the elements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(iii), including but not limited to:  On-site access to safety data sheets and precautionary measures during foreseeable emergencies.
