29 CFR  1910.22(a)(3):Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:  (a) On or about 7/31/2020 - Ice Cream and Grocery Freezers, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards due to ice build-up on the floor across the doorway area and in the walkways.  Walmart, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1322541, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1011 US Highway 72 East, Athens, AL  35611.   Walmart Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupations safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1228790, citation number 1, item number 1 which was affirmed as a final order on 09/29/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1011 US Highway 72 East, Athens, AL  35611.
