29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Public Law 91-596, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees, in that employees were exposed to: struck by hazards:  (a) Overhead crane; On or about July 30, 2020 employees were exposed to struck-by hazard while operating an overhead crane used to lift motors into/out of dip tank and onto oven loading carts.
