29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards within a highway work zone:  a) SR 81 NB, mile marker 143.2, Hazleton, PA: The employer did not provide appropriate traffic control devices including but not limited to truck mounted attenuators (TMA), exposing the employees to work zone struck-by hazards while hand painting striping guide marks on the road surface, on or about August 1, 2020.  Abatement Certification Required.
