29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a. On or about August 4, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about August 4, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty four (24) feet four (4) inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  b. On or about August 4, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
