29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  Walnut Mountain Subdivision, 335 Goldmine Drive, Ellijay, GA 30536.  An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35-45 feet, while inspecting the roof during and/or in the midst of the re-roofing process an existing residential structure without the use of fall protection, on or about August 4, 2020.

29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system:  a. Walnut Mountain Subdivision, 335 Goldmine Drive, Ellijay, GA 30536 -Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35'-45', while performing roofing work such as, removing the roof felt paper and shingles on an existing residential home utilized recreational climbing harness (Edelrid) as a means of fall protection, on or about August 4, 2020.
