Walnut Mountain Subdivision, 335 Goldmine Drive, Ellijay, GA 30536. An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35-45 feet, while inspecting the roof during and/or in the midst of the re-roofing process an existing residential structure without the use of fall protection, on or about August 4, 2020.

Walnut Mountain Subdivision, 335 Goldmine Drive, Ellijay, GA 30536 -Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35'-45', while performing roofing work such as, removing the roof felt paper and shingles on an existing residential home utilized recreational climbing harness (Edelrid) as a means of fall protection, on or about August 4, 2020.
