29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: (a) Worksite: On or about 8/7/2020, the employer did not ensure that an outdoor electrical outlet mounted under the lower deck had a faceplate protecting employees from the live circuit. Two flexible cords were plugged into this outlet to power the air compressor and other hand tools.
