29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a.  The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on August 12, 2020, when employees performing reroofing work on a residential community located between 301-311 Redwood Lane, Fruit Cove, FL 32259, are not protected from fall hazards that are greater than 8-foot, by the use of personal fall protection systems.    River City Roofing Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1095516, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 18, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2517 Wedgefield Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32099.
