29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  At a worksite located at 3851 NE Kimball Dr., Kansas City, MO: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards.    a) On or about August 13, 2020, the guard for the Marvel vertical bandsaw was not adjusted to the product being cut.  b) On or about August 13, 2020, the Johnson horizontal band saw did not have a sliding guard to guard the unused portion of the blade.  c) On or about August 13, 2020, the Bridgeport Milling Machine did not have a guard for the rotating chuck and unused portion of the bit.

On or about August 13, 2020, there was no tongue guards for both wheels of the Delta Bench grinder.

On or about August 13, 2020, the lights above the work stations were wired with extension cord in lieu of permanent wiring.  c: On or about August 13, 2020, the relocatable power taps at welding work stations were affixed to the side of the work tables.
