29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.   On the east side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing work used pneumatic nail guns and were not wearing eye.  The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).    On the east side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing work without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards approximately up to 18 feet.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.    On the east side of the construction site, employees using an extension cord to energized Makita skill saw and the extension cord outer sheathing pulled away exposing internal wiring.  The employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(i): Employees were not trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified to recognize the nature of fall hazards in the work area.   On the east side of the construction site, the employer did not ensure employees working from a height of approximately up to 18 feet without fall protection was trained to recognized and correct hazards associated from falls.
