29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    Employees engaged in residential framing activities at the jobsite located at 206 West 43rd Street, Hays, KS were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the extension cord used to supply power to the Milwaukee reciprocating saw was not equipped with adequate strain relief.
