29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) Centerville QSR, LP d/b/a McDonald's - An employee slipped and fell to the floor at approximately 5:30 PM on August 8, 2020, resulting in a hospitalization for a twisted right knee. The employer did not report the hospitalization to the Harrisburg Area OSHA office until August 11, 2020, at 7:20 AM. No abatement certification or documentation required
