Kolby Construction LLC at the worksite of 148427 Smore Lane in Mosinee, Wisconsin:  On August 18, 2020, employees installing truss spacers and nailing bottom chords to wall top plates were exposed to struck-by hazards when walking on and between trusses that had not been braced to resist out-of-plane buckling, leaning, and/or collapse due to the lack of top chord, web member, and bottom chord bracing.
