(a) On or about August 21, 2020, at Warehouse #18, employee(s) did not have specific procedures for isolation of gravitational energy when making repairs and securing the forks on a Toyota lift truck (Serial #73013, model 7FGCU25) that was lifted approximately 10 inches off the ground.
