29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained, so far as practical, in a dry condition:  DHL Supply Chain @ McDonough Goodyear, 201 King Mill Center, McDonough, GA-Warehouse areas - Employees were exposed to a slip and fall hazard while walking and working in an area where the floor was wet and slippery due to the entry of rain water from a damaged rollup door, on or about July 28, 2020.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
