29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:   a.) Flushing Hospital Medical Center, 45-00 Parsons Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11355:    On or about August 1, 2020, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employee's ability to use a respirator before requiring the use.  The employer required employees to wear respirators while performing job tasks, such as but not limited to, the repair of work stations on wheels (WOW carts) within the 3rd Intensive Care Unit in the presence of confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS NOT REQUIRED
