1926.21(b)(2)  The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  (a) On or about August 26, 2020, frequent and regular inspections of the job site were not conducted by a competent person to ensure hazardous situations were found and corrected, to include, but not limited to; fall hazards, improper scaffolds and faulty ladders.
