1926.503(c)(3)  Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill.  (a)  225 Bowman Road Hanover, PA, Emory Markle School -The employer did not ensure that the employee standing in the shallow end of the pool operating equipment, reaching into the deep end of the pool was protected from falls, with guard rails, safety nets or personal fall protection, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet, on or about August 28, 2020.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
