29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard: a. At a new residential structure in construction: On or about September 2, 2020, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard, in that; incorrectly set trusses that were in the process of being lifted and rotated with the use of a crane, were not uniformly braced over their entire length and were set with 25.5 blocks or braces, instead of 30 blocks or braces.

At a new residential structure in construction: On or about September 2, 2020, employees conducting rigging operations for the lift of roof trusses with the use of a crane, were not trained nor qualified to inspect or conduct truss rigging procedures, exposing employees to a collapse hazard.
