On or about September 3, 2020, in the ready to eat side of the plant, slicer 1 did not have guards at the point of operation to prevent employees from reaching into the rotating blade.  b. On or about September 3, 2020, on the raw foods side of the plant, the Weiler 1109 Pre-Grinder (first grinder) did not have guards in place to prevent employees from reaching into the point of operation.  c. On or about September 3, 2020, on the raw foods side of the plant, the mixer did not have guards in place to prevent employees from reaching into the point of operation.
