Employees have potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens while treating patients including, but not limited to, administering injections and performing minor procedures.

29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(A):The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the exposure determination required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2):  FACILITY-WIDE:  On or about September 11, 2020, the employer, a walk-in urgent care medical facility, had not performed an exposure determination that identified job titles, the affiliated  responsibilities, and the potential for exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
