(a) Jobsite, Roof at entry front side of a two-story house:  On or about September 14, 2020,  two employees performing siding work were each working off of step ladders in the closed position which were set up on the entry roof diagonally, resting the  top step on the next roof, exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet.
