OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that an employees were exposed to struck-by and crush hazards:  a) Open field located at 11100 139th Street, Orland Park, IL - On or about September 17,  2021, an employee operated a 1976 Ford 1600 Tractor, Model #A10212T, S/N U110752, with an attached Behlen Country five foot Rotary Cut Mower on a hill with an approximate 30 degree angled slope, exposing the employee to struck-by and crush hazards.
