29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:  On or about 9/22/2020, at the production area, JL Closets, 990 S Rogers Cir, Boca Raton, FL 33487, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while working in an area with explosive wood dust (i.e. Kst = 13.54 Bars Meters/second, Pressure ratio = 6.02) accumulated on ductwork, electrical equipment, masonry walls and floors.
