29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) On or about 9/23/2020 in the warehouse are at 215 Satellite Blvd, Suwanee, GA 30024: Employees operating powered industrial trucks and/or stacking pallets were exposed to a struck-by hazard in that the employer failed to leave sufficient space between stacks of pallets to allow PIT operators to safely load and unload pallets without hitting adjacent pallet stacks or being hit by falling objects.
