OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards:   a) Bldg. 8 West Bridge Street, Catskill, NY - On or about September 18, 2020, approximately 25 metal plate connected wood framed roof trusses that were not adequately diagonally braced, collapsed during installation, injuring  two employees and causing a near-miss hazard for other workers in the vicinity.
