29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about September 28, 2020, employees were exposed to fall hazards above 10 feet while performing roofing activities on a two story residential home and the employer did not ensure a suitable fall protection system was used.
